  Hebron is a community center not a church. The board members are rude and disrespectful. And none of the board members live in our community. The community building is there for the community, but the board members are not letting the community do anything at the building. The only thing they will let happen at the building is a pie supper once a year. The board members are trying to say the building is condemned and unsafe. I am standing in the building now and there is nothing wrong with the building. The floors are solid, it is handicapped accessible, bathrooms work. We the community want to start a bingo game, and all proceeds go to the building and cemetery. There are several old graves that do not have headstone and we want to raise money to get these headstones in( everyone deserves to have a headstone!) the committee has been on the board for over 30 years and all they have done is put a roof on the building. Where’s the rest of the money they raised? The committee is refusing to hold a public meeting with the community. We the community( folks who are living in the community)will be at the pie supper in full force to express our opinions. It’s time for a change!

  Committee members homer Burkett, Eunice Burkett, Brock Weatherford and 3 others have condemned the building..no more pie suppers , funerals or anything else can be help there
